I am infinitely inspired by nature. The external nature of the earth, the elements, plants, trees and all her beings. The inner nature of us, humans, and how we create, flow and live on this earth.

Through my teachings and ceremonies, I hold space for you to unearth and reclaim. Unearthing all that limits, the wounds, personal and collective. And then reclaiming, your power, heart, creativity, essence and passion for life. I hold a safe and expansive space for you to unravel and come home to yourself.

I work with a variety of practices such as: ceremony, ritual, soul retrieval, art, creativity, movement, meditation, shamanic journey, divination, plants and sound.

I have been working within these realms for 8 years, with certifications in Yoga, Nidra, Conscious Breathwork, Reiki, Shamanic Practitioner, BSC hons Fashion Design, Shamanic Handpoke Tattoo, Divine Feminine Alchemy, Ancestral Healing and Sound Therapy. Alongside my extensive personal healing journey that has taken me to the depths of my soul, ancestral lineages and beyond.
