As we experience this huge planetary and evolutionary shift, solar storms, the general speeding up of life and the huge waves we all seem to be riding right now. I wish to offer this evening of restorative practice.

A practice themed around the element of winter: Water and the Art of Surrender.

Yin Yoga: We will explore long held yin postures connected to the bladder and kidney meridians, the meridian channels associated with this season. Releasing any tensions held within the tissues and channels.

Restorative Yoga: Even longer held, delicious postures where you completly let go. Allowing the nervous system to come back into harmony.

Breathwork + Meditation: To Balance your energy and anchor you into the present. Releasing the clutter / overwhelm in the mind.

Yoga Nidra: 30 minutes of yoga nidra has been likened to 4 hours deep rest. Slow down the waves of the mind and return to a place of coherence.

Sound Bath: Bowls + chimes to guide the Nidra journey and support surrender and rest.
