Have you wanted to build the foundations of an arm balance practise, but lacked the confidence to start on your own? Join Joe Anderson for an empowering workshop where we’ll explore the art and technique behind some of yoga’s foundational arm balances. Whether you’re new to balancing on your hands or looking to refine your skills, this session is designed to help you find strength, focus, and a sense of playful curiosity.

This workshop will help you build towards:

1. Crow and Flying Crow

2. Flying Pigeon

3. Peacock Pose.

4. Scorpion Pose

You’ll leave this workshop with a deeper understanding of how to approach arm balances safely and with patience, as well as how to breathe and remain calm within intense poses, a skill that will translate off the mat into your life.

Come prepared to laugh, sweat, and surprise yourself with what you’re capable of achieving.

Whether you nail your first arm balance or simply enjoy the process, this workshop is all about celebrating progress and building confidence on the mat.
